Accomplishments

In 2022, a strategic plan for Richfield Heritage Preserve was developed under the guidance of Kelly Coffman with Cleveland Metroparks with contributions from naturalists in the region as well as input from the local community. The plan was adopted by RJRD in April of 2023. Short- and long-term plans for the park were identified based on input from the community as well as the resource availability. Concurrent with the plan, Andrea Irland with the National Park Service presented
a trails and programming use plan.
