Camping
Richfield Heritage Preserve offers two designated areas for overnight camping. Reservations must be made at least one month in advance and are subject to the Park's Use Agreement.

Camp Sites
High Lea

The High Lea camping area includes an open-air A-frame shelter with three (3) picnic tables and a fire pit in the center of the concrete floor.
The cooking area is a separate and adjacent octagon (eight-sided) shelter. Storage units are built into one side of the octagon, a trough sink tucked into another, and prep tables low enough to use from a chair are built into two sides. There is a table in the center of the octagon structure. A lantern hook hangs from a chain from the center of the peaked ceiling and can be raised and lowered by a pulley to adjust ambient lighting.
A nearby outhouse is available which includes a long ramp for accessibility.

Windy Hill
​
Windy Hill Shelter is located next to the Green Trail Loop. It has two picnic tables, two charcoal grills, and a fire circle. For added convenience, there is also a latrine nearby.​​
